Sometimes Facebook can take up to 4 hours to process a transaction, although most are completed immediately.
First, refresh the game and check if your items have arrived. If not, please allow some time for the transaction to complete. Once Facebook confirms the payment, we send your RC or other purchased items immediately.
If Facebook shows the transaction as completed but you still haven’t received your items, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
